Refund Policy


Research Union Refund/ Cancellation Policy


In case of cancellation, please email the Conference Secretariat at support@researchunion.org. Please see our cancellation policy for more details:

In case you are not able to attend and you have already paid the full registration fees, the following policy will be considered. You may choose any of the following options:

  • You may choose any upcoming Research Union conference in place of this one (which you are not able to attend). The fee submitted for the cancelled conference will be adjusted in the chosen conference’s fee. Such a request can only be placed up to 30 days prior to the conference dates.
  • If you are unable to attend the conference personally, then you may choose to participate in the online category. Such a request can only be placed up to 30 days prior to the conference dates.
  • You may nominate any of your colleagues or friends to attend the conference in your place. Such a request can only be placed up to 07 days prior to the conference dates.
  • Cancellation fees chargeable are as follows:

Cancellation Fees (ONSITE participants)

  • USD 150 will be charged in case of cancellation within 60 days before the conference
  • USD 250 will be charged in case of cancellation within 30 days before the conference
  • Cancellations made from 30 days to conference days will not be entitled to a refund

Cancellation Fees (ONLINE participants)

  • USD 60 will be charged in case of cancellation within 60 days before the conference
  • USD 100 will be charged in case of cancellation within 30 days before the conference
  • Cancellations made from 30 days to conference days will not be entitled to a refund

Note: For payments made through ‘Bank Wire Transfer,’ the refund will be processed through ‘PayPal’ only.
